Full payment is due within one week in order to hold your reservation.
When mailing your payment, please include the names of all travelers, your address, name/date of trip, pick-up location, and meal choices (if applicable).
Checks should be made payable to Bus America Group Tours and mailed to 39 Saginaw Drive, Suite 24, Rochester, NY 14623.

Overnight Trip Reservations:
To make a day trip reservation, call our office at 585-697-3529 or
1-800-724-TRIP, or email us at grouptours@rochester.rr.com to request a Tour Application and detailed Tour Flyer for the trips you are interested in.  The tour flyer will be mailed to you that will include a complete list of program features as well as deposit and payment schedules.  Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of the completed application and deposit.  Travelers will be invoiced for the balance due 30-60 days prior to departure.  Approximately two weeks prior to departure, travelers will receive luggage tags and a Final Itinerary with the exact pick-up times, hotel contact information and schedule of activities.

Reservations - General Information:
All travelers need to review the "General Information" section of the web site before registering for a tour, as well as the detailed information provided for each tour.  Reservations of any type are not confirmed until the required deposit or payment has been received.  The amount of payment or deposit required varies by tour and is indicated on each Tour Itinerary.

Please note that space is limited and reservations will be taken on a first-come first-served basis.

In the event a tour is sold-out or has been cancelled due to lack of interest, any registrants will be notified immediately and given the option to remain on a waiting list, transfer their registration to another tour, or have their registration materials and payment returned to them.
