The planning was excellent and the office staff was very timely in responding to our requests.  Heather did a wonderful job creating a tour to our specifications, affordable price and enjoyable day.  The day's activities went like clockwork.  Lunch at the Hard Rock was good and fast, the Aquarium was very enjoyable.  The best was the Duck Tour.
